About The Humble Abode
The Humble Abode Spa and Salon has offered an escape from the hustle-bustle of the city for personal maintenance since 1997. The spa is owned and operated by Joan Hug, who brings more than 25 years of experience in skin care and waxing to the spa business.
Each of the staff members are handpicked for their unique technical and personal skills, and to ensure client confidence all therapists and trainers undergo yearly continuing education in their respective fields.

Management and staff at the Humble Abode believe in providing an environment where relaxation and leisure meets quality treatment and customer service—a place where our clients can feel like they've retreated to a familiar and comfortable surrounding.
The Humble Abode recognizes that not all spas are created equal and we are committed to the highest level of service every department.
Spa Policies
Spa Reservations
We have both male and female therapists. If no preference is stated, appointments are scheduled with the first available therapist. Also, we must have a major credit card to guarantee all reservations.
Appointments
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to check in.
Cancellation Policy
Because your spa and salon services are reserved for you, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Without 24 hour notice of cancellation 100% of the value of your service will be charged to your credit card.
Regarding Children
The spa and salon are not equipped to manage or entertain children so we would request you not bring them in attendance. Although we do love children, our paying clients enjoy the atmosphere of an adult salon and we are determined to provide it. We would also hope our visiting guests are granted a similarly serene experience. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this regard.

The Humble Abode Spa & Salon is open Monday through Saturday 9am to 6pm.
We are located at 519 North La Cienega Blvd., Suite 9, West Hollywood, CA 90048, a block south of Melrose Avenue and just a short distance north of the Beverly Center. Google Map
Assigned parking is accessible by the Rosewood Avenue alley entrance on a first come first serve basis, while metered parking is available on La Cienega Boulevard. Two hour side-street parking is available on Rosewood Avenue and West Knoll, Westmount and Westbourne Drives.
