At The Humble Abode Spa we like to do things our way and keep you on your toes, so it's only appropriate we begin with our 30 minute, therapeutic Reflexology session. By working the appropriate reflex points on the feet, we prepare your body for an inspiring 60 minute body massage experience. Our massage therapist's therapeutic hands will then work on your aching muscles and release unwanted tension until it seems to melt away.
